IMO the volume was falling off and they needed something to get the volume up ... this is common when someone is selling shares. When it would not hold .18 or higher it was trading 12M then 11M then 9M then 4M 3m 5m then 2m yesterday I figured a BS release would come to get the volume back up ... well it did exactly that with 4M today ... doubling the volume. However, the price fell like a brick. When a company puts out a BS release with nothing new then that is a red flag. Plus they were covering their butts lett every know the stock structure and they had no revenues and neither did on of the acquistions. Of course it would be taken negatively. Maybe it will turn positive but the news release stated: Management cautions that, even though the above outlined prospects offer opportunities for the Company, there remains a significant amount of effort and funds required to be completed in order to achieve these goals. Ok where are they getting the funds. They have no money nor does the h Fund Partners because The majority of these assets are non-revenue producing real estate holdings. At the present time there are approximately 90 million shares of Common Stock outstanding with an estimated 45 million of those in the public float. Now that was suppose to be about 40M OS in March now it is more than doubled. I took it off my monitor. Maybe it will happen if they apparently can sell enough stock to do it ... Heck never know. Do not get me wrong I love reverse mergers ... but this was nothing but a red flag and I was waiting on .09 - .10 again. :-) GB
