Hi Lorne good to see you back. I think you should recheck your numbers though. Mine are in line with those posted by WillP. DMM hit a high of about $65 a few years back. I don't know their percent ownership at the time. My expected values for the three companies to date are DMM $12, ABZ $18 and WSP $10. These are rough since work has me too busy to pay much attention to important things. The above give no value to blue sky. I am sure none of these firms have found all they will find. At this stage I would expect ABZ and WSP to outperform DMM. If I ever get the chance I will put a value on MPV, SUF and Tahera.

Cheers

Lorne:

"""You know that I also think highly of Snap, it's just that I believe that DMM and ABZ will work out better in the long run."""

We all have our beliefs...some of us even have faith....when it comes to investment decisions, I prefer facts....

""" I notice how you say that each project has its' plus's and minus's though you only point out negatives for DMM and ABZ. How about WSP's minus's?""""

I was attempting to make a point about how a balanced and considered view is important when making comparisons and judgements...as for WSP's minus's.....How about them? Care to point out the negative FACTS? I know that I am interested in having them presented.....

"""" You are implying, dishonestly I believe, that WSP will be a better play than DMM. While I do agree that WSP's greatest gains are ahead of it the share price has to get to at least $100 (I may be out a bit) to match the performance of DMM. I don't see this happening""""

First, you are welcome to interpret beyond the data I presented, however, If bringing to light a few technical aspects of diferent projects, has caused you to question, revisit and rethink your analysis of the various diamond companies and their respective merit as investments AT THIS POINT IN TIME, so much the better. The past is moot(debateable) or "water under the bridge" if you like....FROM THIS TIME FORWARD, from the perspective of where I am most likely to get the largest percentage return on my investment, IMO, Winspear is the clear winner. DMM's best gains, IMO are behind it....and it would appear that at previous highs of $28.00/share, ABZ has had better days.....
