So, who did not know they held stock? I did. Maybe it was just the WSJ? And the 4 who did not hold stock, I suppose they are suspect because they did not buy the stock. Pretty ridiculous! Think the VISX (LASIK) investigators didn't own stock? Don't know? Don't care? I'm sure the FDA has been informed about the holdings of the Doctors in the investigations many times. Perhaps this would make the doctors extra sensitive to the accuracy of their testimony. (Wouldn't want to jinx their investment with inaccurate information or worse, outright fraudulent documentation and subject themselves to lawsuits etc. All of this is old information, unless you just woke up(ala Rip Van Winkle) today and opened the WSJ.

Frankly, I can't think of a better endorsement of LTK than a opthomological pig pile. Nothing illegal done and no fear, just great greed in The Next Big Thing in vision correction. Yes, for over half the population this IS a better mouse trap. I'm long, you're short. Tomorrow the FDA cuts off my balls of lops off your head. I can live with either outcome. BV
