Why are you thinking that, because this country is much better prepared than the rest of the world for Y2K, computer-wise?

Well, the foreign investors either park their money in their back yard or park in
the US market !!!Because those foreign investors do not have confidence in the bank system of their home towns in y2k . If you are the foreign investors say, with $200MM in capital, where are you going to park your money ? The safest market !!!
