Could it be that as soon as Q announced the offering to the index funds some (all?) of them bought their entire allotment of Q on the open market, and today they dumped the half that will be replaced by their offering allotment thus 1) making a nice profit on the half they dumped today and 2) lowering the offering price ??? (Just speculating here)
