Depends on how you define master.

I like to think I have mastered many trades. I have certainly had success in many. But once I have done something for several years and the excitement of learning something new and challenging myself to excel in a new area is gone, I tend to get bored with just keeping on doing it routinely, and need move on to the next challenge.

I suppose my mantra could be Donne's "Now thou hast loved me one whole day..."
