Teflon, Re: Would you leave your money in the Bank of Sicily come the end of this year, or would you dump it into US Treasuries and the US Equity Markets. I know where my $$$ will be!!!! Jeez, Sicily, you could have at least given me the Bank of Rome for a choice! Interesting theory you have there. Gartner and others continue to say that the US is way ahead of the rest of the world. One problem with your theory is that we don't have isolationism any more. If investors see the rest of the world as screwed re Y2K, they'll see their state as bad for us also. Still, I'm thinking of riding through the whole thing myself, w/o going to safe haven bonds etc. I guess I'll be dropping in here more often, having bought some MSFT today. Tony
