G'day Ram & all - I don't think buyout is in the work at this point. However, BTGC is 40% to 60% discounted to the industry [e.g., p/e, p/b, p/s etc,] even after the recent run up, I believe it will regain at least another 30% of valuation to reflect its inherent value. And if one is to price in another 30% of takeover premium, it is not unreasonable to go beyond the teens for the asking price.
