Don or anybody,
does anybody of you more informed than I am know whether LLTC held a conf call, and what's the replay#. Thanks a lot.

Otherwise I think we are off to another "boring" quarter. I think though sales for 09/99 could be on the rather "high" side because the y-o-y comparison is relatively easy, recalling that the qtr 09/98 was relatively "weak".

In any screen you run looking for high-margin cos., you will find LLTC, right in the neighborhood of MSFT. This is really amazing.

Thanks also for the memories of LLTC's last blow-out quarters,

Thomas

Don, Thank you for correcting me. I went back and looked at some
numbers from that time period, and I may have mistakenly included
LLTC with MXIM.

I, however, still must have overestimated the blow-out Q, but
I thought MXIM did beat by a significant amount around Q1 96 (Fall 95).
Revs and earnings were up sequentially 27% and 78% while year
over year they were up 85% and 167%. Q1 was when MXIM surpassed
LLTC in Revs and Q2 in EPS although they are still behind
in margins.

MXIM
Revenues
1996 1995 1994
Q1 96.45 52.00 33.09
Q2 106.2 56.18 36.14
Q3 109.0 66.63 40.57
Q4 110.0 76.00 44.12
