Yes it is highly likely. The Fab is the largest capiatl item for a semiconductor company. If you assume that Dresden costs as much as Fab 25, a 78% percent increase sounds OK. In addition Dresden is a newer fab, and is likely to cost more than Fab 25 since the tooling for Copper is pretty pricey . The 100 million number is a ballpark number, given the $1.5-$1.9 Billion cost, and is consistent with a 78% increase.
