Luc,

My end of the day 15&30' charts do not need much encouragement from Easy Al to blast up again.. So I don't think I'll do any shorting until his testimony plays out.. It probably would be safer for short term scalpers to buy the dips in the morning.. rather than short the peaks..

This along with AOL earnings , suggests the path of least resistance is up..

All the above IMO only and it is just for fun and not for real money..
