OT Excellent rap music? Definitely an acquired taste. Mostly a dig at Tipper Gore and her protect-the-children censorship fascism tendencies. I guess it is quite scary (personally find it quite amusing) to see your white teenage son/daughter from Iowa adopting the gangster style. The Oakland fatt bass sound(too short, conscious daughters, ant banks, etc.) is unrivaled rap to my ears. There is an east/west coast rivalry so I may be biased :-) I also grew up in a classical music family so there's a bit of rebellion there too. djane
