No house. Just bailed out of a contract a few hours ago, it was a real mess and finally we just got fed up. Unwilling to spend $300,000 on a fixer-upper. Nothing much on the market in our price range but dogs, guess we are just going to stay here for a while, and put Ben in Paul VI, a Catholic high school, since we can't find a house we like in a good school district. Since we aren't closing Friday, we've decided to go to the beach this weekend, if we can get a reservation. Probably Ocean City.
