What assurance is there that whichever few of US banks that are compliant, fully tested in time (maybe 10% will be) that the probably about 95% of the world's major banks that won't be, but will be sending them these bad ole bugs , that they won't be corrupting/ re-corrupting their Ajax 'clean' computers?
