Agreed. They might be CDMA brilliant, but Wall St. smart I don't think they are. I think that Drs. J & V were sold a bill of goods by Thornely & Co. that this whole business was gonna be one slick piece of work. I almost think that the good doctors might have been promised $180 or more by moving the earnings release date up a day.
Thus they would only need to sell 4.6mm shares for whatever it is they have planned.

So far, they seem to have shot themselves in the foot. Now they find that they'll need to sell a lot more stock because of the depressed price.

But not to worry. Thornely knows a good money market fund. Earnings will be accretive.
