Looking at houses with a critical eye has given me a different perspective, that's for sure. It's been educational, and so far all I've had to do is spend a lot of money and time. Home inspection fees = $300 a pop. Lawyer fees at $200/hr. This last go round, we ordered a survey, a title examination, and an appraisal, because we gave Bozo an extension on the time to get the work done for the home inspection. That's a mistake I'll never make again. Hey, I may learn things the hard way, but I learn them.
