I agree. The stock has gone from 20 to 160 in 10 months and about 1/4 of the posts are complaints. A better idea, of course, would be to have an offering when the price is down, not up 8x. Right?

This has given them a way to raise enormous capital. If you are an existing shareholder, the new folks are buying at 8x the price you paid last October, and have to hold forever. What is wrong with that?

OK, they messed up and changed their mind, stopping the momentum of the stock. That is why everyone is pissed. It just doesn't matter, if we are right about the stock going to 600 anyway. If anyone is trading it, they are making a mistake, because they should be holding.

Excellent post to scrape the emotion away and get down to business, JGoren. Q's management has done what it takes to position the company and enrich many shareholders in the process. As Maurice says, the fun is really just beginning (well, Maurice said something like that, anyway). If I didn't trust management, I would have split with profits in hand. Most of us are still here, FWIW.

I agree! I am not knowledgeable enough nor do I have sufficient facts to assess management's judgement on the issuance of the additional shares. However, I would think their job is to raise cash for the company as they see fit, and this looked like the right time to them. As someone said in an earlier message, a year from now no one will remember this. If some people on this thread got hurt with options, etc., I can understand their negative comments. As for me, I am willing to trust the management who took hung in there during all those lean years and produced the current result. Go Q!!!
