Hi Rambi,

I have a real time and continuous data feed that charts the market internals, at any time frame you choose.. I use ticki,1',2,3,5,15, 30, and 60' minutue time frames to chart everything from, up vol, dn vol, total vol, Vix, Beta, adv, decl, etc. plus the indices, indu, spx, oex, etc.

I have found through all these years and all these tears, that at various in market cycles, certain time frames give you a trade direction from 1-7-10 days.. Right now I trade in the direction of the 30' charts with hopefully confirmation by the 15' and 60' chart.
When they all line up together, it is pretty good signal.. They are mixed right now but could all turn up together and I could get a pretty solid Buy and with the AG testimony tomorrow, that very well could happen.

My 30' directional signal was on a sell but one of my main 15' indicator wants to turn up so the market would not sell off big time.. Oh, I few scalped on the short side today and made a few dollars.. but my strategy and with my discipline, I could only play SHORT the rallies.

Hope it helps.. Coug
