Laz, Mark, seems like my musings on some of the other threads about a potential colo glut in the offing at some point, is not that far fetched. At some point aspiring colo shops will follow another great prophet's saying (Yogi Berra), "nobody goes there anymore, because it's too crowded." And it seems like everyone I read about lately is claiming to be a Tier One backbone provider. Would either of you, or anyone else here, care to offer what you think the minimum threshold is to be accepted into the dubious club of backboners?
