PLYMOUTH, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Onvoy (formerly MEANS) has issued a status
update on a network service interruption that began earlier this afternoon and is affecting telephone and Internet services to
portions of central Minnesota. According to Onvoy network technicians, a fiber cable was cut this afternoon at approximately
2:00 p.m. Repair crews from Plymouth-based Onvoy and Lakedale Telephone Company in Annandale were immediately
dispatched and the actual location of the cut was identified shortly after 4 p.m.


It is unknown how many customers are affected by this outage. Crews expect service to be restored by early evening.

announced that it has placed 6.9 million shares of its common stock in a public offering, through its
underwriters, at $156.50 per share, resulting in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $1.079
billion. The joint book-running underwriters for the offering were Lehman Brothers and Goldman,
Sachs & Co.
