That may largely be true - but it seems to have worked pretty remarkably so far. The split may backfire or not be the bullish factor it has in the past this time because of the timing - but I wouldn't bet against it at this point.

The market may perceive the 86c loss and decelerating sales as a bit much - I hope it crashes. Regardless, Amazon is likely to shoot up to new highs by early next year.
