Early try this link to post your comments or questions - seems there are lots of UK Free ISP users and this board seems to have lots of questions about xstreams version of "Are You Being Served?" ha ha anyway, here is the link to ask about xstream and plenty of people will tell you what you need to know about the service and company advertising the free hour per week of use if you are lucky enough to get on blah blah (brits are saying xstream blabs the ads on the XFM so the lines get clogged and no one can use the service, but get charged for phone time by the tely), good reading for book and movie over there too, but more of a Laurel & Hardy over there; over here it is mastery of a harry houdini of stock listing by a firm with over 30 years experience in the "business" and man are they PROS at what they do best :) establishing new corporations yup...
