Jim,

Spoke with Schwab this morning for an update on my Medinah Gold shares. DTC told them earlier in the week that it is still trying to balance the number of shares available to the number of cert requests.

This individual broker thought is was very strange that it was taking so long. I then explained to him the company's belief of a large short position. He thought is was a great move on the company's part and believes the company may be right regarding the short position based on the delay in sending out the certs.
