Keith - I think part of the "installation" may involve physically installing ATED security devices - my understanding is that they are actual hardware devices that must be integrated into the customer's existing computer network or system. Also, perhaps ATG supplies dedicated, preconfigured machinery to customers requesting same. And trains them to use it. And tests the heck out of the communications link. Etc.

Mike - I think anybody who has ever owned restricted stock in a start up knows what a lie it is to post the 144's of small restricted stockholders and then imply that are insiders fleeing the ship because they "know" something. When either of the Fred's flee the ship (sell a majority of their respective ownership), then I will join many ATG shareholders in wondering why. But small restricted stockholders?? Gimme a break.

PS - Though Fred takes no salary, Dover (which Fred controls) is paid an annual consulting fee that is not insubstantial - just to keep the facts straight.
