That is a ridiculous scenario. Obviously your too damn lazy to call the company and talk to the CFO....After you have done so maybe someone could take you seriously. Until you do some serious research instead of blatantly posting wild ass guesses you will be the internet scum you are famous for.

Larry, there are several errors in your analysis.

'has probably'....'assuming'...'assume'...assuming'

You have not one shred of evidence to base your
assumptions on. What insider knowledge you have of
CC? What evidence do you have that links CC to
the outstanding short interest? Absolutely none.

You are the Fred Kellet of CC and you don't even
know it. Your profits for CC are made of exactly
the same stuff as Fred's calculated profits for
Valence.

Look in the mirror Larry. You insist on debating
on verifiable facts except when you present
all your suppositions which you call 'analysis'.

"CC could have, should have, might have, must
have". What do you actually know? Absolutely
nothing. Your so called 'analysis' is pure BS

Your hypothesis - $15mm shorted at avg shr price of $8.5 would mean that CC has shorted approximately 1.75mm shares, that doesn't leave much for Wexler and his dog pound to short and I know they must be greedier than .25 mm shares. <<VBG>>
