Zhivago, did you know that under law, a promoter (paid in stock or otherwise) who is a willing party to the dissemination (knowingly or unknowingly) of materially false or misleading company information may be FULLY LIBEL for the losses incurred by those innocent investors who relied on the words of the promoter when making their investment decisions with the company's stock?
