Toby, I understand where you're coming from; however, I am a CPA and I say when the opportunity presents itself, you take the money and run! Sure you have to pay taxes, but you still have 70% of the money left (if I remember your tax bracket correctly). When a stock goes (as it did for me) from 67 on 7/13 to 85 on 7/16, I gotta take the money. I don't care about the taxes. Suppose I hold it for over 12 months---so what? Sometimes you have to think about the time value of money--and don't live your whole life by the tax code. Barbara
