No, Ben's playing Everquest. He wanted Ultima On-Line, and was told that if he brought his grades up, he could have it for his birthday. When he went to the game store to buy it, the clerk told him that she had played both, and Everquest was better. He loves it, he plays it all the time. Magicians, skeletons, ghouls, stuff like that. He's always getting attacked by wolves and poison snakes. He's gotten very matter-of-fact about dying, it used to make him very, very upset, and now he just laughs it off. We've got two phone lines, and I think we need to have three, until we can get the cable internet, which isn't in our neighborhood yet.

He is allowed to play it this summer, and when school starts only on the weekends, but if his grades drop, not until the summer again. He isn't allowed to play computer games and video games on school days and school nights. It really sucks his brain in, it's a little creepy, but sometimes I look at myself on the computer, and have a hard time telling the difference.
