Here's a URL on the AMEX listing process. It gives some phone numbers for some AMEX executives, who I suspect would be able to answer why this stock isn't trading, if anybody wants to give them a ring.

Here's something curious: the AMEX website does not list Unistar as an AMEX company.

I wonder if AMEX hadn't gotten around to adding them to the list, or if they were deleted in the last 24 hours. There's no way I can tell. Even the html source for this page doesn't have a date to indicate when it was most recently modified.
