Floody,

In summation, you must understand that an offering is just that an offer. This offer is from both the buyer and the seller and no one wants to get screwed to the wall. In order to get what the co. feels is fair they have to give a little. This can be in the terms of price, quantity or time of offer. All three of these basic terms were involved today and both sides seem ok with it. Like I said, in summation that is what an offering is.
