Because he is the most powerful financial person on the face of this planet.You may very well be correct in your thinking that he may be backing off a bit.In view of the inflation and trade deficit numbers of late, I now think he knows he jumped the gun with the .25 basis point raise.That said,I think as you that we may catch the break that we need and I might add,deserve.:-)
