MILLVILLE, N.J., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to rapid growth, Solar
Communications Group, Inc., a start-up company that is implementing an
in-room Internet and business travel services solution called PCRoomLink(TM),
has altered their senior management structure to include new officers and
enhance the responsibilities of others.

"We've gone from three employees in January to 83 in July," said Solar
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jim Rossi. "Since we're the only
company in the marketplace that is offering a complete in-room Internet
solution and the added value of end-user marketing, response to our product
has been phenomenal. With several new hotels awaiting installation and our
growth curve getting steeper, I'm pleased to be able to expand and refine our
leadership team to coincide with our expansion." Solar Communications Group,
Inc.'s senior management team now includes the following individuals (new
executives or newly promoted executives are noted with an asterisk):

JAMES M. ROSSI -- Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer: A savvy
marketer and successful entrepreneur, Rossi also manages JMR Marketing, one
of the nation's leading telecommunications brokerage and consulting firms. In
his leadership role with Solar, Rossi brings an array of critical skills,
including extensive experience managing start-up companies, as well as a
proven track record of success developing and implementing telecommunications
strategies.

RAYMOND BROWN -- President and Chief Operating Officer: With skills and
training in physics, mathematics and strategic planning, as well as
management experience as a Senior Engineer in a large nuclear facility,
Brown's experience managing a highly technical environment and team makes him
the ideal leader for Solar's PCRoomLink venture.

RAYMOND J. ROMANO * -- Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial
Officer: Romano, a CPA, began his career in public accounting before joining
a material handling company as Vice President of Finance. In 1978, he
co-founded Guest Supply, a provider of hotel amenities that today generates
over $250 million in annual revenues. During his tenure with Guest Supply,
Romano oversaw the development of over $40 million in funding through an
initial public offering and two subsequent offerings, as well as two major
acquisitions totaling $24 million. Later, Romano became involved in the
start-up and funding development of two additional companies, Transpirator
Technologies and Lodging Concepts.

WALLACE ROGERS, JR. -- Chief Technical Officer: Rogers possesses extensive
experience in computer networking and integration, having served as President
of Xpress Electronic Services. Concurrently, Rogers has also served as a
member of the Board of Directors of three additional technology-based
companies, including Delaware Valley Net Connect, an Internet Service
Provider. In his role with Solar, Rogers lends his valuable blend of
experience in Internet technological applications and entrepreneurial
start-up operations to the introduction of PCRoomLink.

SUSAN SCHNEIDER * -- Senior Vice President, Marketing: Schneider possesses 18
years of senior-level marketing experience in the highly competitive gaming
industry. In her most recent role as Vice President of Marketing for the
flagship property of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., Schneider oversaw
advertising, direct marketing, entertainment, market research, public affairs
and sales.

DANIEL P. FINLEY -- Vice President, Business Development: A graduate of the
Wharton School of Business' Executive MBA program, Finley's career includes a
variety of senior management roles within General Electric, including that of
Vice President of GE LogistiCom. Most recently, he served as CFO and
VP/Business Development for American Digital Networks and the Telephone
Company of Central Florida where he identified unprofitable product lines and
restructured the business for profitable growth.

ALEX FURDA * -- Vice President, Travel Services: Furda formerly served as
Vice President of Ultramar Travel Management, a $100 million travel
management company. In addition to that role, Furda has also served as Vice
President and General Manager of Travel One, a $50-million provider of
diverse travel services, and as a Director with Carlson Travel Network. In
his new role, Furda will be responsible for overseeing customer utilization
of the global PCRoomLink system.

BARBARA O'GARA * -- Vice President, Hotel Alliances: Barbara O'Gara brings an
exceptional background as one of the top sales professionals in the hotel
services industry. Among her achievements is a role as regional sales
manager for Guest Supply, Inc. where she managed hotel amenity sales efforts
in 11 states and increased sales 95% over a two-year period. O'Gara has
served as Vice President of Hotel Marketing & Sales for the Neutrogena
Corporation.

CHARLES G. PARKER * -- Vice President, Local Alliances: Parker previously
served as Marketing & Sales Manager for Allegheny Printed Plastics in PA
where he oversaw all aspects of their marketing efforts. In addition to his
role with Allegheny, Parker has also held sales, management and analysis
positions with Moore Business Forms and Systems and National Steel
Corporation, both of Pittsburgh. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and
Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business
Administration from Duquesne University.

YURIY R. PORYTKO * -- Vice President, Production: Most recently, Porytko
served in Business Development for Network Visions, Inc., a communications
company. Previously, he worked as Regional Director with Metromedia
International Telecommunications, Inc., as President and Chief Executive
Officer of Suburban Connect, a paging and wireless company, and as VP/General
Manager of Beyond Beepers Delaware Valley, Inc., a paging and
telecommunications reseller.

JOSEPH SANDORA -- Vice President, Strategic Partnerships: Sandora has served
in a variety of senior roles including leading Sales for a major division of
International Paper and operating as Vice President of Sales for a national
envelope company. With Solar, Sandora will oversee the development of
partner arrangements with national companies for PCRoomLink's on-line
business travel services.

with Thermaltec International (publicly traded in the OTC-BB) and upon
regulatory approvals expects to close that merger shortly.

A S --- I agree but they all have me too disgusted to add. I know in time (expecting a longer frame than you) I'll be in the black again,,, and a smaller loss is acceptable,,, but buying would make me feel like supporting the past incompetence. Money can be made other places just as easy...
