Look, I asked a simple question right after closing and we found out from a post from Yahoo that the offering was increased. Wondered why and wondering why there was no release about it. You'd thought I questioned the resurection.

Now, ocassionally I post over on Microsoft, Lucent, AT&T, Cisco, IBM, Intel and a few others. I'm invested in them and if anyone has a "Huh" or 'what's that all about" relative to some management move or any information...critical or otherwise...you'll be doing me a favor by posting it. Information is power. I only wish wish someone would have brought a "huh" to my attention back in the mid 80's as IBM management blundered and slogged around with their bloated corporate salaries turning Big Blue and my paltry investment into a non entity for a decade. I held on but would have been better off putting my money in a checking account for ten years.

I'm a long term investor. I buy and hold on for dear life. But when I invest in a company I become an owner just like everyone else and I want to know what MY management team is doing with MY money. Don't need to know everything. Don't care. But today's move was important and unexpected and I just want to know why the change.

So, why get upset with me or Drake? Not a thing we say can change Q for better or worse. We're both long term investors and want Q to make us all rich or richer than we are. How can one accuse us of wanting otherwise or having contrary agenda. That's irrational.

But, once again. Q management decided to go for a 4 issue. I'm cool with that. Would have been cool with 6, 8,10 or whatever since I paid too much for a few shares of Goldman-Sachs when it IPO'd and need Q's fees to bring it up to where I caught it. (Damn, I hated to give all those billionaires more money!). Anyway, after the bell today and totally unexpectedly we find they issue 6.9...close to double. I wondered why. Why 6.9 today when as of yesterday investors were told it was going to be 4. Even when they eventually issued a press release there was no mention of the change or why. I just wanted to know.

But frankly, this is beginning to bore me.

Don't want anymore "huh's" on this thread from me. That's O.K by me. I lurk better than I write anyway.
