Who owns Nextwave? How much does Qcom own? Could QCOM transfer the FCC settlement license to Nextwave? ATT has painted itself into a corner with TDMA. QCOM and ATT would benefit if ATT switched to CDMA. ATT might be willing to pay up for Nextwave and run an overlapping CDMA PCS footprint. Larry Morrow
