ZMAX (An amazing company...was once involved in oil exploration in Turkey, then claimed to have a majical "anti-virus machine", then had the answer to any Y2K problems...you get the idea) tried it (reincorp strategy)....didn't work. Can Zebras change their stripes? Buyer Beware!

ZSUN up 10%!! 1) GOOD NEWS: We have plenty on their way: earnings release for the first 6 months of 1999, somewhere between $3 and $4 Millions, 10SB Form, Analyst coverage, Listing Application on NASDAQ or AMEX, potential acquisitions, etc..., in the opinion of this biased long! 2) INSIST on the Delivery of CERTIFICATES: this will speed up the Short Squeeze and get rid of the illegal "naked short" shares. 3) MASSIVE E-MAIL COMPLAINT CAMPAIGN: to NASD nasdr.com and to SEC at enforcement@sec.gov (attention J. Stark), telling them that in your opinion FAHNESTOCK is manipulating ZSUN for weeks on end now by issuing hundreds of thousands of "naked shorts", way beyond the scope required to maintain an orderly market. As a result, you believe that there are some 2 Millions "naked short" shares in existence, or about half the float and that you feel your investment is threatened by these illegal practices.... 4) AMEX and RE-INCORPORATION: ragingbull.com CONCLUSION: There are a number of means available to make a difference concerning the obvious manipulation of ZSUN's share price. Eric, we need your legal opinion on this one. You have been a real help to this thread. Seems this marauder had been lying about how many shares he has had in his posts on xnet. It turns out he has 120,000 shares of a private placement ragingbull.com of XNET stock. He has not disclosed this position in the stock and has portrayed himself off as an average investor and has posted that he only has a few thousand shares. We also believe he could also be a recipient of a private placement in ZSUN stock. He has stated on SI on various message boards that; 1. I only own a few thousand shares of ZSUN. 2. I have a portfolio with 7 digits and ZSUN is my largest holdings. 3. I have never worked for or been an insider for and company that I have purchase stock in. 4. I sold ZSUN stock at $32 and only have a thousand shares left. We need your help and your opinion since Francois has asked you for your opinion in the past and we feel he could be in need of an attorney.

And thanks for the advice, but I'm an attorney and quite capable of making the decision what I can legally say and what I can't. Anyone who buys the stock, and/or attacks those who speak negatively of it, is "involved" in what, in my opinion, is a P&D, and is assisting in "propping it up." I did not say either that you are a promoter or that you, yourself, own cheap stock. If you disagree with my own biased legal interpretation, sue away. Regards.
