6.9Million shares X $156.50 = $1,079.85 Million (reported net to Q).

If the fees were 3% and we netted $156.50 then the before fee price must have been about 161. (6.9M X 161.3 = 1,113M * 97% = $1079.6)

So if the fees were 3%, then the actual price must have been higher or our net must have been lower then reported. Am I missing something?
