Not to go to the whip too much on this horse, but also keep in mind for CDMA sales that right now we are only talking the CDMAone variety. About 2-4 years down the road when wideband third generation systems are in vogue, and we're all walking around with our Dick Tracy Wrist watch internet browser phones on our arms, they'll most likely have a CDMA chip inside... Something that could make the current CDMA cellular growth look puny by comparison, which really makes the wheels start to spin...

"Am I the only person, but it seems to me that LSI is trying awfully hard to showcase its
systems storage business to the extent that it is highlighting its performance in a way that
it does not highlight other market segments "

It is a different business segment and the SEC has come out with those business reporting segments rules now in place.

But I tend to agree with your basic premise about a sale. Still at this point I would rather keep the business as it is a nice good growth area and it adds some balance, albeit not large, to the chip area.
