That's what I said the first day the beta site went public. Glad we agree on something. ALLOT of fine tuning is needed yet on the beta site. I hope they give us to at least Dec. 31, 1999 before we have to flee our Classic Site. toot toot...

I also like the improvements to the Navigation Box at bottom of screen ... still favor the classic one but I'm getting used to this improved new one. Wish I did not have to scroll to get to the submit button when posting a message. - Eric -

I've come to the conclusion that I prefer them over borderless messages. It's nice to have the option, I suppose, despite the losses that result from implementing it. I tried the boxes for awhile earlier today, but find it to be even more cluttered looking with the loss of color contrast. Despite the losses, it's still a nice design that does a good job of integrating an array of features. I've become especially fond of the "Market Monitor" and "Reuters News" which I've added to my toolbar. Being able to check those sources and get quickly back to the messages is very nice.
