I remember distinctly that the day 4Q earnings were announced, LSI had a climatic sell-off at 22 from a high of 65 less than four months earlier." Wrong in 3 places in the above. Here we go again... How so? If you need, I'll go back to the IBD comment on the day LSI announced in January '96. Time to put up or shut up. Facts seem to get in your way.

And BTW I like the way you showed all of us how you "derived" $160 'in 12 months' and forgot that 12 months means by the end of July 2000. Ha Ha... Unless you expect LSI to trade on 2001 earnings by mid July 2000 based on a forward P/E of 40. Hmm... Ha again. The target may be right the reasoing 'diffuse', the calculation of timing suggests buying a new calculator. And none of this rebuke begins to address how you 'derived' your $4.00 EPS. That is another joke. Ha. Don't quit your 'day job'... I will provide more detail today or tommorrow. The big part of my day job begins at 9:30 Eastern time, and I am very good at it.

In the recounts of the conference call I see no DWDM in the list of acronyms. Does LSI have any technology that might play a part in the metro Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing market?

Let me correct this to: Ah gee, the forward looking sentiments is what killed LSI in 4Q '95. I remember distinctly that the day 4Q earnings were announced, LSI had a climatic sell-off at 22.5 from a high of 62.5 less than four months earlier.
