One of the major costs of nuclear was the starting with a new design for almost every plant. That is really dumb. You find the most efficient, safest design and duplicate it. France is making a big commitment to nuclear, and I think that it is a wise move. The burial of waste is not a problem, the politics of it is. I would think that the few square miles of Nevada that we used for underground nuclear bomb testing would be a logical place for disposal. Del
