Perhaps yes, perhaps no, and because we assume so it must make it so. From where I sit it's clear the naysayers are feeling their oats right now, just like the longs have when VLNC has touched $8.

Simple fact of the matter is everyone's guessing. No one knows anything for sure....excepting those few who've either reached out to company management and/or its board participants. ;-) I will say I do tend to agree with Mr. Wolf, et.al., as it relates to the C.C. gambit. BUT, Larry, et.al. do have the right to spin their version of the C.C. arrangement, and this ain't bad thing, as it allows for discussion of the relevance of the argument(even if ad naseum, heh), to the ultimate determination by all participants as to its validity. It would be nice if'n the debaters could find another topic as they've exhausted the subject at hand and cannot possible provide substantive proof either way. But oh well.... So it goes.

Be that as it may, ultimately the chart indicates VLNC's still range bound, albeit at the low end. So the next couple of trading days are critical, noooo question. I've got some systems set up(I love these things called infobots--you gotta get these things, their EXCELLENT if properly programmed--the perfect Internet "gopher") to monitor VLNC these next couple of few weeks, while I attend to more pressing business.

Good luck everyone, regardless of your position. May profits be yours to be had.

John~
