I've just DOUBLED up on my WIN holdings, adding all below $10/sh. In my opinion, this is a classic buying opportunity -- significant drop on low volume. In addition, there's no negative news, emerging growth story, upcoming listing on major exchange, growing following, strong upward trend, etc., etc.
