Jim

If JDX could let their shareholders in on the Medsite.com IPO they probably would. However JDX has no ties to Medsite.com other than the private placement (convertable note) which doesn't give them any inside track on the IPO. Hot Internet IPO's are impossible for an normal retail person to purchase. The big banks and the huge customers get first grabs and never leave anything for the retail public to buy. If the public wants the shares they are forced to buy them on the open market, normally for large multiples of the original IPO price. I am still amazed that JDX got in on this deal pre-IPO. That fact should more than make up for you not being able to get in on the Medsite.com IPO since your JDX shares will get a nice jump instead.

Best Regards
KEITH
