Paul Meyers said the company (not XSNI) is privately held, hence your bold statements of the service and software are owned by X-Stream

The bold statements are not mine. They are X-Stream's:

Berwyn - the information in any of these documents are as worthless as the paper written on; look at ALL the documentation on firecrest/ magacom/digaphone/blah blah - WORTHLESS - until the creation of XSNI

I don't know whether its worthless or not. Those statements I posted are quoted from X-Stream's Terms of Service Agreement that comes with the software(see my other post w/link). But it makes a most interesting point. You are now quoted as saying the information in those documents is worthless. X-Stream Technologies states that it owns the X-Stream Network Internet Service and the client software.

From Suntrader's post #2147:

<<It is clear that XSNI was previously Mega Com Group Inc., therefore, XSNI is the parent company of Mega Com Group PLC ( Previously Firecrest Group Plc ). The documents that i have from companies house confirm that Mega Com Group Plc do indeed own Nethead Limited and Global Online Directory Limited. They do not confirm that, as of April 30th 1998, Mega Com Group Plc or their parent company are the owners of X-Stream Technologies UK Limited. X-Stream Technologies UK Limited is listed as being owned by X-Stream Technologies Inc. registered in the United States.

In the circular sent to Mega Com shareholders in February 1999 it states that "the most significant is the acquisition by the company of X-Stream Technologies Inc. (X-Stream). Therefore, it can be safely assumed that XSNI does truly own all companies involved including the actual X-Stream technologies inc.>>

If the information above is a true and accurate copy of the Mega Com shareholder circular, XSNI is the parent company. Of course, one could argue that the statements in the TOS Agreement and in the shareholder circular are not accurate. I will not go down that road.

But that still leaves the question of why X-Stream refuses to acknowledge being the parent company. Is it a negative reflection on the company to be traded on the OTCBB?
