I see what you mean. Then again there's going to be a great demand for hosting services with the capability of offering an e-commerce portal for those companies unable to afford something like an IBM AS/400E. That Dell may have been fine to handle a simple website but it's going to be a little choked if faced with several thousand customers all trying to shop and order at the same time. If the ISP sets up a high-performance central mainframe or two it could prove to be an attractive alternative.
