Walter,

The key figure for me in the release is the $1.4M in SAN revenues and how fast that will increase. That is what I am going to look forward to.

George

In my view, the press release gave us just about what we could have expected. We knew that Boeing would fill this quarter, with nothing else going forward. No new here on that contract.

Regarding next quarter, who do you think that 1.4 million in OEM revenue came from? Could that double, triple from the OEMS taking product; could any of the other non-SUN OEMS kick in? The Company has provided no guidance to us, or even told us who was taking product. Significantly, we have had a poster tell us that MTI uses the Ancor switch, and we have a press release showing that MTI and Oracle are doing business in the fibre channel area, including a product that uses the MTI switch. How big could the Oracle business be for MTI, and for us if the poster is correct?

On what basis does Ancor now recognize revenue, with respect to a new OEM and a variety of enduses? Is it still shipment, or does this new OEM business require recognition only upon installation and pay? If the latter, that suggests that actual shipments began in Q1, and we have no idea about what may have left the shipping dock thus far this year, which may be recognized in either Q3 or Q4. Personally, I draw no conclusions Q3 or Q4 based upon the press release.
