WBM- ok, i'm apologizing for the hostile response- it's just that Apple isn't the enemy- Compaq & Gateway are.

The iBook looks like an inspired product to me, so why bash it, maybe Dell should make one. Anyway, if Dell starts putting Motorola PPC chips loaded with Linux in some boxes, than in a way we will be partnering with AAPL as far as the chip is concerned.

The fact of the matter, as far as i have seen, is that Apple's products, as well as Dell's, both work really well. Let the spoils be shared by the enlightened box-makers.
