John, keep a eye on this Paid tout. James Tilton is under investigation by the SEC also. Check out raging bull under TNRG, CHIF, and TIPS while your at it. His web site is full of disclosure violations and his touting disclosure also is lacking. He is a con man and should be stopped. How can the SEC let this guy get away with his crimes against society? Check out his web site turnaroundpicks.com . Read the posts he makes. Dont let these CRIMs get away with it any longer.

Police raid Starnet Communications

VANCOUVER (CKNW/98) -- Starnet Communications of Vancouver, and the homes of six of its directors and officers, have been raided by the police. The offences being investigated include illegal betting and bookmaking, possession and distribution of pornographic material, and possession of proceeds of crime. Police say Starnet has been investigated for 18 months in regard to illegal gaming, and the distribution of porn over the Internet. Police say investigators have determined millions of dollars flowed through Starnet each month, from its Internet-based gaming system.

On May 23, 1997, a complaint was filed against Nu-Tech Bio-Med, Inc.
(the "Company") and others in an action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York captioned Mordechai Gurary v. Isaac Winehouse, Isaac Winehouse d/b/a Wall & Broad Equities and Nu-Tech Bio-Med, Inc. (Docket No. 97 Civ. 3803 (LBS)). As of the date of this report, service of the complaint has not been effected upon the Company. The complaint alleges that the Company and the other defendants violated Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") and Section 349 of the
General Business Law of the State of New York (the "GBL"). The claims against the Company under the Exchange Act and the GBL are
purportedly based on allegations that the Company knew of and failed to disclose, among other things, unlawful trading activity in the Company's securities by the other defendants named in the action.
