jmho, Granola, but a secondary creates the impression of a maximum value. This, plus the fear of dilution, panics the momentum crowd, who cash out and move on to greener pastures. Market psychology isn't terribly rational, or the anal-ysts would be making $5/hr. for their drivel instead of $5M/yr. as celebrities.
