Hi Doc. I confess I really don't understand your post. You seem to be suggesting that just because there are rules, it doesn't mean they are followed. To use your example, i.e., speed limit is 55 and it doesn't mean all drivers stay below the posted speed. Lets see, you responded to my post which related to those who had to file 144s as a precondition before selling. I will give you the benefit of doubt and assume that you understand that not all those that file 144s are insiders. If you don't understand this please speak up as it will save time. Now to follow through with your analogy, there are rules that say company insiders must file a form 4, so to fit your analogy, you must mean this rule is not always followed. I guess you mean either that the individual is either a company insider, but not identified as such, hence no form 4 filed, or they are insiders but just don't file the form 4 as required. Thinking about your analogy again, I guess it is the latter that fits the best, although I won't discount the first possibility. That is there are rules that limit speed yet people drive above the limits, and there are rules that require form 4s to be filed, yet you seem to assert this is not happening. Interesting. Care to support your accusation and specifically identify those who have not filed as required by the rules. I suggest you not only identify the individuals, but report them to the SEC.
